As a second-year MSW student at Columbia University, Yannika Tholl is dedicated to creating a supportive and compassionate space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and deeper sense of self. In her practice, Yannika draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, and Somatic Therapy, tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
In addition to these evidence-based approaches, Yannika incorporates Tarot and Distant Reiki for clients who are interested in exploring alternative healing methods. Whether clients seek clarity, confidence, or a renewed sense of purpose, Yannika is committed to empowering them along their journey.
Together, Yannika and her clients work to uncover meaningful insights and build a stronger connection with themselves and the world around them. She invites clients to reach out to schedule a consultation or learn more about how her approach can support personal and professional growth.
